Lightweight Sweater + Denim Shorts + Ankle Boots
After you get out of your internship on Summer Fridays, you want to be ready for anything. Museum trip with your roommate? Ready. Drinks with co-workers? Appropriate. Spontaneous trip to Fire Island? Absolutely. Concert in the park? Bring it. I like American Apparel’s denim shorts because they don’t have any extra frills on them, so they have the potential to look really polished.
