About a month ago I discussed the importance of investing in a winter coat that shows off your personality without being too bold and flashy. Apparently, I was wrong. Winter essentials including faux fur coats, sweaters, and accessories are demanding to be noticed, and mystic blue is definitely the color to grab attention. Taylor Swift wore a mystic blue coat in the End Game music video-- similar to the coat Rihanna wore to the airport a couple of years ago-- my super cool sister dyed her hair a chic smurf blue, and even Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is frequently spotted in the primary color. This bold blue is more vibrant than the cool, icy blue we usually see favored in the winter, and it stands out against the achromatic colors associated with cold-weather dressing.
